Cancellation Policy

Sometimes life happens. 

If you need to cancel your boarding reservation or make a change to your pick up and drop off times please see our policies below

We operate just like a human hotel


Housekeeping needs time to do their job efficiently and effectively to prepare for the next guest.

Our checkout time is 11 am.  

If a late check out is required, a fee will be added.

Lobby Hours

Pick up and drop off is now available anytime during regular lobby hours

Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm

Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm

​

Statutory Holidays 9 am-10 am & 4 pm to 5 pm

​

Pick up and drop off outside regular lobby hours is not available.  Dogs left after closing will be billed an additional night stay.  Dogs not picked up by 11 am checkout time will be charged the stay and play fee of $15

OVERNIGHT BOARDING CANCELLATIONS

For stays of two nights or more

A $45 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your suite. 

This $45 deposit will be processed on your credit card at the time of booking.

Any reservation of two or more nights can be cancelled more than 48hrs prior to check in without further penalty.  The deposit is non-refundable.

A reservation of two or more nights cancelled within 48hrs of check in

is subject to a flat rate cancellation fee of $90  ($45 deposit plus and additional $45 fee)

​

Single night reservations

Balance due in full at time of booking

 No refunds on cancelled single night bookings

​

Early Pick Up

There is no refund for early pick up
