CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes life happens.

If you need to cancel your boarding reservation the following cancellation policies apply

OVERNIGHT BOARDING

For stays of two nights or more

A $45 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your suite.

This $45 deposit will be processed on your credit card at the time of booking.

Any reservation of two or more nights can be cancelled more than 48hrs prior to check in without further penalty. The deposit is non-refundable.

A reservation of two or more nights cancelled within 48hrs of check in

is subject to a flat rate cancellation fee of $90 ($45 deposit plus and additional $45 fee)

Single night reservations

Balance due in full at time of booking

No refund will be given upon cancellation of less than one week from check in

Early Pick Up

There is no refund for early pick up

No refunds are issued for missed daycare

Daycare charges will be processed on the scheduled day to attend.

You may change your daycare day to another date without penalty if at least 48hrs notice is given.
